Fashion Show Application

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: All Apparel Exhibitors may participate in the Fashion Shows with 2 Looks, and all Apparel Sponsors may participate with 4 Looks. You may supply your own model, or you may use one of ours. We don't charge for the use of our models, however we do ask that you tip them $25 per look. There will be restrictions on apparel that are not in good taste or deemed unscrupulous. All apparel is welcome from Head to Toe. Show management reserves the right to restrict apparel.
