National Pickleball Expositions Exhibitor Application/Agreement

Your Application will be reviewed upon submission and you will be asked to choose your booth(s).
*If you pre-selected an exhibit space, it will be held for you & confirmed prior to payment. 

The undersigned company does hereby make application to participate as an exhibitor at selected shows.  The Boca Raton Masters, Delray Beach Open, National Pickleball Expo and the World Pickleball Convention are a division of National Pickleball.  Upon acceptance to a show(s), you will receive an invoice to make payment.  The invoice will provide the exhibit space(s) numbers you agreed upon as well as the exhibit space fee, any discounts, and the balance due. No exclusives are given unless you are a Presenting or Title Sponsor, and no guarantees as to your performance at an event is made by World Pickleball Group or its divisions.  Upon payment, World Pickleball Group will provide your space in the show(s) selected.  You may cancel and request a refund up to 120 days prior to the show.  Refund allotments for cancellations must be made in writing, and are as follows: 
Prior to 6 months before show opening: 100%, Prior to 5 months before show opening: 75%, Prior to 4 months before show opening: 25%.  No refunds will be given if cancellation happens with less than 120 days before the show opening.
