FASHION SHOW RULES

Each fashion show exhibitor must exhibit apparel and accessories which cannot be offensive in any way.  No T-shirt or Graphic Tee Companies.  You are limited to active wear, footwear, accessories, and footwear. The only other items allowed are paddle covers.  There is a $500 Fee to participate in the fashion shows for non-sponsors.  Each participating exhibitor will get 2 looks per show (Official Sponsors have 4 looks per show) , and each exhibitor must provide a product description for the fashion show which may be up to 15 words or 5 seconds in length to plan for the timing of the show.  You can return to this page to submit your product description later. The Fashion Show is limited to ensure that the show is no more than 45 minutes.  The sign-ups are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis upon submitting the below form.  All Sponsors are guaranteed a spot in the Fashion Show.    You cannot participate in both fashion show and demo stage.

MODELS - We encourage you to provide your own models, however if you cannot, you may use our models.  While we will not charge to use the models, we suggest that you provide them with a gratuity of $50 per show per model.  If you use only one model, then you would only tip one model, etc. 

Fashion Show Registration

Additional Looks cost $200 per look (official sponsors get 2 additional)

I understand I will be billed for additional looks unless I am an official sponsor. If you have any changes for the fashion show, you must submit this application all over again, and check the appropriate box if you are revising a previous registration or adding more looks to the previous registration.
