Obtaining a Certificate of Insurance as an exhibitor is easy and it should cost you nothing additional from your insurance company.  Just have your insurance company provide you with the following standards as an exhibitor in a venue: 1M each occurrence, 1M Damage, 10k Medical, 1M Personal, 2M General Aggregate and 1M Combined Single Limit.  It may sound like a lot, but this is pretty standard.

If you do not have commercial general liability, you can easily and inexpensively get it at either http://www.eventsured.com, or http://www.theeventhelper.com (We have learned that the second one may be significantly lower cost.)  It will ask you a few questions, and you can get your COI instantly online without having to speak to someone.

NOTE:  We have included a sample COI and the way the contents should read.  The Venue can prevent set-up if the COI is not correct.  Thank you.
